Youth leadership is happening all over the world - learn about it and get involved!

The Youth of Today is carrying out a programme to research youth leadership around the world.

We're carrying out research into international best practice in youth leadership and producing three major publications on youth leadership. 

Our first publication, which uses case studies of international organisations to explore the theory and practice of youth leadership, is available here.

Our second publication, which explores digital technologies as tools for youth empowerment, is available here. We will launch this at Google on the 8th of September 2010.

Our third publication, which comes out in January 2011, will explore young people’s transitions into the world of work. A team of young journalists is leading this work with us and conducting peer research exploring the topic.

And, we've got plans for global youth leadership workshops and exchanges; we've already held workshops in Sweden, Los Angeles, Beijing, New York, Prague, Cape Town and San Francisco. Upcoming workshops are in Singapore and Oman.
